Important: When calling from the UK to an International number dial 00 + the country code for the country you are calling.

All rates in pence per minute. If you intend to use your mobile to access our network please check with your service provider for any additional cost or restrictions that may apply. Calls from UK payphones will incur a 15p surcharge per minute.

How to make a call

1. Dial the Liquid Access Number that best suits you (see table below - Liquid Access Numbers)
2. Enter your account number and PIN (You will NOT need to do this step if you have registered the number you are calling from to your account)
3. Dial the destination number you wish to dial
4. It's that simple!

Important Account Features

Register Your Number Automatically:

To register the number you are calling from - saves having to enter your account number and PIN after dialing the access number - dial *22 (star, 22) after you have entered your account number and PIN for the first time. To de-register any number from your account call Customer Care on 0207 101 6123.

Next Call:

To make another call, do not hang up, simply press # # (hash, hash) then dial your new destination number.

Redial Last Number:

To redial the last number called do not hang up, simply press # # * 44 (hash, hash, star, 44).

Credit Balance:

Dial * 66 (star, 66) to find out your account balance.

Call Control:

This is the ideal service for house sharers, families and businesses that wish to clearly identify multiple users on one phone line individually. Once registered the user dials a Freephone or 020 access number, enters their unique 5 digit PIN number and the number they wish to dial. Each Call Control customer will receive a bill listing their calls only.
