Fair Usage Policy
Our packages permit you to make as many free calls as an individual may reasonably require. However, should your usage exceed the number of calls which an individual is reasonably likely to make we may either upgrade your package to a business package which costs more or charge at our normal rates for any calls that exceed the normal usage amount. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all our customers are treated fairly and to ensure that individuals use our personal packages for their personal use and not for high volume business use. The fair usage policy for business packages is a lot higher.
