Fees

Ezylet charges fees for some of its services, such as listing property. When you list an item or use a service that has a fee, you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on Our pricing structures which we may change from time to time. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Site.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in GB pounds sterling. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes (including any value added tax) associated with using the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes, without limitation, charging other payment methods on file with us and retaining collection agencies and legal advisers.) You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by e-mail.

Landlord premium rate advertisement

A premium rate property advert is charged as £29.99 for a fixed period of 28 days. Hovewer if a property remains available to rent after 28 days the landlord can refresh his property advertisement for FREE and the advert will remain a premium listed Ad until the property is rented. It`s the responsability of the landlord to avail of this free option.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, your use of this Website, any downloaded material from it and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You and Ezylet both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will We be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of this Website or any information contained in it, including loss of profit and the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You will not hold Ezylet responsible for other users' actions or inactions. Although Ezylet may be incorrectly referred to as a letting agent, you acknowledge that we are not such. With the exception of clearly defined items as being owned and produced by Ezylet, at no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through the Site.

We do not review user's listings and we are not party to the actual transactions between consumers and vendors. You will not hold Ezylet responsible for the actions or inactions of consumers and vendors involved in transactions (whether such transactions are carried out on or off www.ezylet.com) or for ensuring that they actually complete transactions.

We have no control over, do not guarantee, and you will not hold us responsible for:

the quality, safety or legality of items advertised;
the truth or accuracy of listings;
the truth or accuracy of feedback or other content posted by users on the Site;
the ability of vendors to vend items;

How to enter

Attend any home game for the London Irish during the 2007 season and follow the ground on-screen prompts or directions in program.
By entering the correct trigger word for the individual game and sending the message to 0844 you will be eligible for the corresponding prize(s). ezylet.com or London Irish Rugby Club are not liable for any non-received messages due to incorrect trigger words being sent.
SMS entries charged at £0.50 incl. vat. Entrants who do not have premium phone line SMS enable on their mobile phone will not be able to send SMS messages to the competition entry phone number listed above.
Winners will be contacted via a phone call to their mobile telephone number. If the winner does not answer their phone after three attempts, the prize will be allocated to the participant in second place. The winners of all competitions will be notified on the day and listed in the Program at the next London Irish home game.

SMS entries charged at 55p including vat.
SMS entries via the internet are not valid and will not be accepted.

*Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to residents of The United Kingdom. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (ezylet.com), Employees and the Promoter's associated companies and advertising agencies are ineligible to enter or win.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, including techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Competition commences 24/08/2009.Winners will be drawn on the last day of the month, every month for the consectutive 10 months , the last being the 31st May 2010.
The Prize being Free rent which is up to the value of £500 or less in rent, payable only direct to Landlord or letting agent. Payment will be made 30 days after drawn is made, only paid once proof or rental is provided. The rental thats paid must be with an agent or landlord using Ezylet.com .
If any prize winners are under 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
Prizes, and any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honored.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
