We guarantee your rent to make life easier.

How it works

Quick Quote

Avoid huge costs up front.

Some landlords expect every bit of rent to be paid before you’ve even moved in – ouch. But our service guarantees your rent payments for the full tenancy instead. For a one-off fee, typically 3 to 4 weeks’ rent, we’ll save you the hassle of having to hand over all that cash immediately.

Who qualifies?

Tenants renting a property for 12 months
Students from the UK and abroad
Anyone in employment (full-time or part-time)
People with a poor credit history or CCJs
Tenants on housing benefit and working part-time

What we need from you.

Proof of ID

We’ll need you to prove you are who you say you are. A copy of your passport or ID is all we ask for to make sure we’re clear on your identity.

Proof of employment or studies

If you’re a student, we need to see a letter of acceptance from your university or college. If you’re employed, it’s a copy of your employment contract that we’ll ask to see.

Accommodation details

You’ll need to pop down the name and address of the property you’re looking to rent, as well as the details of the estate agent or landlord.
